国旗

フィリピン　ルソン地方バタネス州近海で
中国漁船２隻が拿捕され、乗組員約25人が拘束された。
フィリピン漁船に偽装するため、フィリピン国旗を掲げていたが
国旗掲揚が上下逆さまだったという。

フィリピンで、「国旗を上下逆さまに掲げる」のは
戦闘を意味しているのです。
