フィリピン労働雇用省技術教育技能教育庁（DOLE-TESDA）の研修生らがこのほど
「和食の調理実習」を修了したという。
日本の「和食」は、昨年度に国際連合教育科学文化機関（UNESCO）より
「有形文化遺産」に指定された、日本の伝統的な食文化です。
この「和食」の技術をフィリピンの若者が今、真剣に学んでいるのです。
