フィリピン北部のルソン島を通過して
南シナ海を西の方向に進んでいます。
この台風の影響で、ルソン島では木が倒れたり
建物の屋根が飛ばされたりする被害が相次ぎ
島内の主なコメの産地では農地が水につかる被害も出ているということです。

これまでに、７歳の子どもが倒れた木の下敷きになったほか
住民の救助活動に当たっていた警察官が土砂崩れに巻き込まれるなど
