台湾漁船員がフィリピン沿岸警備隊に射殺された問題で
台湾の馬英九総統は
「フィリピン側が72時間以内に容疑者を逮捕し
正式謝罪しなければ、台湾での
フィリピン人労働者受け入れを凍結する」と通告したという。
