群馬県大泉町のアパートで
18日夜、３歳の女児が死んでいるのを帰宅した
中学生の姉（14）が見つけ、警察に通報した。
県警は20日までの調べで、餓死の可能性が高いとみている。
県警よると、姉妹はフィリピン国籍の母親と３人で暮らしていたが
母親は２月上旬から家族に会うため帰国し
姉が女児の面倒を見ていたという。
県警は保護責任者遺棄の疑いもあるとみて
母親が日本に戻るのを待って事情を聴く方針だという。
