先週、首都圏を襲ったモンスーンによる豪雨の後に
収集されたゴミの量が
2009年に首都圏を襲った台風「ONDOY」の後の5倍だったという。
固形廃棄物管理委員会によると
マニラ首都圏では毎日およそ8,400トンのゴミが排出されるという。
