フィリピン陸運局がこのほど
2013年1月1日から、オートバイのヘルメットに
安全性を示すシールの貼り付けを義務化すると発表した。
ヘルメットは、貿易産業省で適合検査に合格した場合のみ提供されるという。
検査は7月20日から始まっている。
