弾劾により罷免
フィリピンのコロナ最高裁長官が
（現在、公判中のアロヨ前大統領の側近）
２９日、上院の弾劾裁判で、資産不正申告などで有罪とされ
フィリピン史上初めて、弾劾により罷免された。
コロナ氏は、フィリピン憲法で定められた資産公開時に
少なくとも約４００万ドル（約３億２千万円）に上る預金を
申告しなかったなどとして
昨年１２月、下院によって弾劾訴追されていた。
