東南アジア諸国連合（ＡＳＥＡＮ）外相会議が
４月２日、カンボジアのプノンペンで開かれ
北朝鮮が衛星打ち上げ名目で予告した
長距離弾道ミサイル発射問題について
領内に破片落下の危険があるフィリピンは
ミサイル発射に反対するようＡＳＥＡＮ各国に呼び掛けた。
フィリピンは既に書簡などを通じ、北朝鮮側に抗議を伝いる。
