韓国テジョン市警察は
16日、マニラで韓国人の誘拐に関わったとして
韓国人ツアーガイド（33）を逮捕したと発表した。
犯人は、マニラの警察と共謀して
韓国人観光客12人の誘拐に関わり
現地の韓国人を仲介して
家族から受け取った身代金（約2万1,000米ドル）を警察と分けたという。
また、元国家捜査局長官を含む合計7人がこのほど
昨年10月に発生した
日本人女性の誘拐監禁事件に関与している疑いがあるとして
フィリピン法務省より告訴されたという。
女性は、ヤクザから逃れようとフィリピンに逃亡してきたものの
国家捜査局の捜査官に、身代金目的で誘拐監禁されたという。
