バス運転手給与
フィリピン労働雇用省はこのほど
首都圏で、２月から路線バス運行会社の運転手、車掌の給与体系を
歩合制から固定給に変更するようバス運行会社に命じる省令を出した。
現在、給与体系が歩合制のため
路線バスが少しでも多くの乗客を乗せようと
乗客争奪合戦を繰り返し
これが交通渋滞と事故を多発させる原因と非難されているためだという。
