フィリピン国家捜査局（NBI）の捜査員が関与した疑いが強まり
事件を隠蔽したとみられる
NBIトップの局長を解任すると発表したという。
フィリピンのNBIは、主に重大犯罪を扱い
警察とは別に強い捜査権を持つ組織です。
