マニラ映画祭
フィリピン大統領府がこのほど
マニラ首都圏映画祭（MMFF）への支援を市民に呼び掛けた。
MMFFは、12月25日から来年1月第1週まで続くという。
この時期に首都圏の映画館はフィリピン映画一色になる。
この映画祭は、フィリピンの映画を普及する目的で1975年に始まったという。
映画といえば、フィリピン首都圏マンダルーヨン市の商業施設内で
大統領府視覚メディア委員会の職員が
映画を盗撮していた男女２人を見つけ、首都圏警察に突き出した。
２人は、映画祭で一般公開されていた映画を携帯電話で盗撮した疑いで
２人とも容疑を否認している。
