ミンダナオ島を襲った台風SEDONGに関連して
鉄砲水による洪水が原因で多くの犠牲者が出たことについて
ミンダナオ島には早期洪水警報装置が
設置されていないことを明らかにした。
早期洪水警報装置には1基あたり
3億ペソ相当の予算が必要だという。
