抗議運動
１２月７日（水曜）フィリピンで
数百名の若者が、フィリピンでの貧困や社会的な不平等に抗議し
フィリピンの首都マニラにある橋の上に集結し
この橋を占拠しようとしましたが
警察は、警棒や催涙弾を用い、デモ隊を解散させたということです。
また、警察とデモ隊が衝突し
これにより、デモ参加者数名が負傷し
少なくとも５名が身柄を拘束されたといわれています。
今回のフィリピンでの抗議デモは
アメリカのウォール街選挙運動を模範とにして行われたものです。
ウォール街占拠運動は
今年９月１７日
アメリカ国民が、アメリカでの拡大した
社会的不平等や政府上層部の腐敗に抗議し
ニューヨークのマンハッタン地区のォオール街に集結することで始まり
現在、アメリカの他の大都市にも波及しています。
また、オーストラリア、イギリス、ドイツ、イタリア
スペイン、アイルランド、ポルトガルなど世界の様々な国でも
ウォール街占拠運動に倣った抗議運動が行われています。
