人間力大賞

12月7日、、フィリピン2011年の優秀な若手の受賞者（TOYM）の表彰式が
リサールセレモニアルホールで行われ
フィリピン大統領ベニグノS.アキノIIIと他の政府高官との
記念撮影が行われた。

人間力大賞は
1938年に米国青年会議所によって始まった
TOYM（Ten Outstanding Young Men
十人の傑出したアメリカの若者たち）が起源です。

近年になり、TOYP（Ten Outstanding Young Persons -
十人の傑出した若者たち）として世界各国の青年会議所の活動へと広がりました。
世界の青年の模範的資質を発揮した
18歳から40歳までの個人を10名以内選んで栄誉を授けている。
1987年には、青年会議所のない国も含め世界各国の参加が認められている。
