フィリピン控訴裁判所はこのほど
首都圏のテレビ局ＡＢＳ―ＣＢＮの番組に出演する
「タレント」の約70人について
テレビ局の「正規職員」と認定した。

テレビ局側は
「タレントは社員ではない」として
社員向けの手当支給などを拒んでいた。
