目立つことが大好きなフィリピン
マニラ市近郊にハイヒールカーが現れた。

ハイヒールカーのボディはまぶしい蛍光グリーン。
気になる内装は、ジェットコースターのように
座席が前後に設置してあり一応2シート構造だ。
公道を走るのに不安いっぱいな仕様だが目立つことだけは間違いない。
