フィリピン日系人会連合会（カルロス寺岡会長）に属する
フィリピン各地の日系人会が
１２日、首都圏マニラ市内のホテルで
特産品や地域性を生かした起業計画案の説明会を開いた。

起業の目的は
活動に必要な財源の確保と組織の強化で
日本の民間団体などからの支援に頼ってきた
依存体質からの脱却とともに
日本で就労できない会員らの生計支援を目指すという。
