静岡中央署と県警国際捜査課などは
５日、フィリピンパブ店経営者ら３人を
入管難民法違反（不法就労助長）の疑いで
フィリピン人ホステス４人を同法違反（資格外活動）の疑いで
それぞれ逮捕したと発表した。
３人の逮捕容疑は１０月中旬ごろ
モデルとしての興行ビザで入国したフィリピン人女性４人を
同店でホステスとして働かせたとされる。
資格外活動で逮捕された
フィリピン人ホステス４人は１９～２５歳で
今年８月ごろに入国したという。
海外のブローカーを介した不法就労が横行する背景には
日本政府の入国審査の厳格化に伴い
フィリピン人女性らの入国が「狭き門」になったことが挙げられる。
日本の法務省は、２００５年２月
フィリピン政府が発行する「芸能人証明書」だけでは
興行ビザが発給できないよう省令を改正した。
外務省の統計によると、フィリピン人の興行ビザ発給のピークは
２００４年の８万５４７９人。
省令改正後は激減し、２０１０年は１,５８２人まで減っている。
