フィリピン　セブの会計監査委員会がこのほど
セブ市の22の最小行政区「バランガイ」で
公用車が公的以外の目的で利用されていたと指摘した。
その多くはビーチパーティーや同窓会、遠足などで
職員が個人的に利用していた以外にも
一般人が利用していた事が発覚したという。
