フィリピン　マニラのリム市長による執行命令で
1日から「自動」三輪自転車（トライシクル）の市内の大通りと
国道の通行禁止措置が施行された。
これに反対する旅客用「自動」三輪自転車の運転者グループが
市役所の周辺の道路に集結した際、警察当局ともみ合いが起こったという。
