フィリピンのファストフード大手のジョリビーフーズ社がこのほど
中国の低価格牛肉麺チェーン
「サン・ピン・ワン（San Pin Wang）」株の55％を
およそ1.95億ペソ相当で買収したと発表。
このチェーンは中国南部に34店舗あるという。
ジョリビーフーズ社による中国国内の事業買収はこれで 3社目になる。
