This is to warn you if you go to Ubud Bali, about a dishonest and horrible conman who wants to rip you off.
While I was enjoying my stay in Ubud, I met this so-called Balian, Jero.
He speaks fluently Japanese; his supposedly wife is Japanese (she's back in japan, he says...) See the photo to see how he looks like.
His technique to steal from you a tremendous amount of money, taking advantage of your desperate hope to be happy and credulity is vicious and wicked.
As Japanese people are very naive, I believe most of his clients are Japanese but I know he also has Canadian, French or German clients. Here is how he gets to you:
1. He approaches you telling you that your aura is special and that he can see things about you because he's a Balian.
2. He suggests you to perform palm reading and that he's not interested in money so you can just pay him what you feel right.
3. Although your aura was supposed to be special, once the palm reading starts he sees a lot of negative things in you that you cannot control unless he opens your chakras and clean your aura. And that costs $400, including palm reading, that he had said its donation base...
4. Then he wants to teach you how to keep your chakras open and your cleansed aura. That costs $300.
Until here, if you have accepted the trade, it's your own responsibilities, may his power be completely fake or not. So I am not blaming anything for that.
The unacceptable total rip off is after: long story short, we spend time together and at some point, he needs money and wants to borrow some from you because his ATM card has a restriction per day. Of course he's gonna give it back to you tomorrow..
He borrowed $350 from me and never returned it.
We set many appointment places and times so that he brings the money back, he never showed up. He made me wait each time more than one hour. Each time I called, he lied to me telling me he was on his way, he was almost there, he was at about 5 min from where I was, etc. I was just waiting and waiting on my last days of holidays.
This conman cheated me out of a tremendous amount of money for so-called healing, lied, wasted and spoiled my precious holiday time, and stole money, taking advantage of a person's innocent spirit, desperate hope to be happy and belief that people are good. This is unacceptable.
All what I can do is to spread this information as widely as possible so that no other innocent people will become this evil thief's victim ever. I was stupid to be so naive and believe but here is the lesson to save other people!
And also I believe in Karma; how can one be happy performing such a dishonest and filthy act? No way.
