Can international terrorism ever be eliminated?

☆序論

・911テロ以降、テロリズムは国際的な問題として認識されるようになり今日まで状況は悪化している。長く複雑な中東国家の確執、貧富の差の拡大、テロリズムは反社会的組織にとって強国に対する唯一の手段という事実よりテロリズムの根絶は不可能と言わざるを得ない。

☆本論

・中東エリアに代表されるように世界には土地の領有権や宗教など様々な問題が存在している。

・貧富の差が一層拡大しており、一部の人たちは貧困を他者のせいにしテロリズムという形で表面化することがある。

・テロリズムは簡単かつ効果的な攻撃手段という側面があり強国に対する交渉手段となっている。

☆結論

・以上の点より、テロリズムの根絶は不可能と言わざるを得ない。今後も国際社会の重要な課題として存在し続けるだろう。

 Since 11^th September 2001, terrorism has been recognized as a global issue and it is getting more serious. Unfortunately, I have to say it cannot be eliminated due to its long and complicated history in the Middle East area, the growing disparity of wealth and the fact that it might be the only way to go against major countries by evil countries and groups.

 Initially, there are many conflicts associating with religion, territory and ideology throughout the world. There are often complicated due to its long history to the extent that people feel it is impossible to solve them. For example, there has been an intense hatred between Arabs and Israelis, which caused uncountable terrorisms.

 In addition, the growing disparity of wealth as a result of globalization is making the thin worse. Some people who have radical ideas resent their own circumstances and attribute it to others. This sometimes comes to the surface in the form of terrorism.

 Finally, terrorism as a means of the negotiation is regarded as an efficient and easy way to cause damage on the enemy by evil countries and groups.

Moreover, they know that they cannot beat super-power countries like America by fair attack. Therefore, terrorism is likely to continue to exist.

 For these three reasons, I cannot believe that international terrorism will be eradicated. The fight against terrorism will continue to be a major global issue from now on too. (236語）
