This time, I had the pleasure of visiting "Kaze" to savor a delightful lunch. They offer a delectable selection, but what truly stood out was their Wagyu Roast Beef, a real masterpiece. "Kaze" is a restaurant directly managed by Katsunuma Winery, and they have an extensive collection of wines, including about 60 varieties of French wines. The restaurant's interior is designed to resemble the grandeur of Nagasaki's Oura Cathedral, boasting high ceilings and windows that provide a picturesque view of the vineyards and the charming town of Katsunuma. As the day turns into night, the restaurant transforms into a truly romantic setting, offering breathtaking night views.
