昨日はエイミーが大好きなラッパー「マックルモアー&ライアンルイス」のライブに行きました！
ずーっと前からライブを見たくて、やっと来日してくれました！！
Yesterday I went to the Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' Tokyo show!!
I've been wanting to see them live for a long time and they finally made it to Japan!!
ライブは最高でした！ステージにはトランペット、トロンボーン、ドラムス、チェロ、バイオリンなどな楽器もありました！
マックルモアー&ライアンルイスのサウンドにブラスの音があるのが好きです。
The show was brilliant!! There were trumpet, trombone, drums, cello, and violin players!
I love the brass sounds they use in a lot of their songs.
それと、彼らの曲には強いメッセージがあります。
曲「アザーサイド」と「スターティングオーバー」をミックスして、アカペラでマックルモアーが歌いました！コンサートでアカペラのラップを聞いたのは初めてだったかも！感動しました。
曲の中で彼の中毒をどう戦って、克服したかを語っていました。
英語の歌詞では:
"If I can be an example of getting sober I can be an example of starting over."
「正常になれたと言う例に私がなれれば、一から出直しできる例にもなれる」
Many of the songs also have such strong and important messages.
I was extremely moved when he rapped a mix of "Otherside" and "Starting Over" a cappella! It was maybe my first time hearing rap a cappella at a concert! His messages were so powerful too!
He talked of his battle with addiction and how he turned his life around.

その後はエイミー大好きな曲「セイムラブ」を演奏しました！この曲も大事なメッセージがあります。
色んな国、文化、人それぞれ意見が違うかもしれないけど、マックルモアーのメッセージは人みんな平等な権利を持つべき。特に、同性同志の結婚を世界中で認めて欲しいと言う物です。
平等、哀れみと寛容のメッセージです。
Then they performed "Same Love"!
Such a great song and yet another strong message.
Of course different countries, different cultures and different people have different opinions but in this song he asserts equal rights for everyone. In this song - specifically speaking about same sex marriages.
His message is about equality, compassion and tolerance. I love that he expresses his opinions for a cause and is trying to change people's old fashioned ways of thinking through music.
