Web Serverについて

Osirix 3.7.1にはWeb Server機能がついています。
Macだけで構成されているシステムでは不要かもしれませんが、Web Serverがあれば、画像をブラウザーで見ることが出来るようです。

まずは、Preferences>Web Serverを開きます。
Activate the built-in Web Server on TCP/IP Port : 3333
にチェックを入れ、再起動します。

パソコンのブラウザーからアドレスを入れます。
Web ServerをOnにしたマシンのIPアドレスが、192.168.0.1であれば、http://192.168.0.1:3333と入れます。
OsiriX Web Portalと画面に出ます。
loginを押します。

後は患者を検索してクリックすればWinでも見れるようになるでしょう。

3D CT

今更ながら、最近時々使う3D ボリュームレンダリングのお話です。
整形外科領域では、複雑な骨折や、脊椎手術の術前などには非常に有効な方法です。

まずは、当然ながら、CTの画像を用意します。
水平断の画像を選びましょう。
この際に画像数の多い物を選びましょう。
後は、3D ボリュームレンダリングを選ぶだけです。

ドクロマークで、余計な骨も取り除くことが出来ます。

職員や患者さんに見せると必ず驚いてくれるような画像が出てきますよ。(^-^)/

3D サーフェイスレンダリングや3D MIPはあまり良い画像になりません。
使い方かもしれませんが。

OsiriX 3.7.1 文字化け改善？

OsiriX 3.7.1では日本語表示が改善しているようです。
当院では島津の透視台からのデータの文字化けが改善していました。
ただし、過去のデータはそのままみたいです。　　なぜ？
今のところ、安定した運用が出来ています。

Preferences>Listenerを開こうとするとはじめだけ、異常に時間がかかるときがあるようです。
私はフリーズしたと思って、何回か強制終了をかけたほどです。
しかし、辛抱強く待つとちゃんと動くようになります。
その後は時間がかかることは無いようです。
こちらもなぜかわかりません。

ぼやっとしていたら、3/28にOsiriX 3.7.1 でてました。
