先日、畑でたくさん大根が穫れたので
お新香作りに初挑戦。
みっちゃんの助けもあり
なんとか美味しいお新香が出来上がりました。
ご飯にもあうけど、おつまみとしても最高。
ファームマネジャーのデーブに感謝。

Good morning,
We harvested a lot of Daikon Radish the other day, so I decided to turn it into a Japanese style pickles, Oshinko.
With my sister Mi-chan's excellent advice, I managed to make rather delicious Oshinko.
It's good with steamed rice and even better as a snack with beer.
Thanks to our farm manager, Dave.
