最初の1マイルでちょっと不安感じたけど8キロできた。 きつかったー😰 アップダウン入れて16キロ。
放課後は高校クロカンチームサポート、そのまま夜の会議。 今日職場に14時間。 こんばんはゆっくり寝れるかな😪
We did a little 5 mile run this morning @ goal of 7:15/mile. After the first mile, I wasn't sure if this was going to happen but I was able to do all of them! With the warm-up and the cooldown, 10 miles total. That was hard!!
After school, I went to support the xc team, then to the evening meeting. 14 hours on campus today! Maybe I'll sleep well tonight...zzz…
