ついたら誰もいない!貸し切り状態。気持ちいいー!
昨日の高校生クロカン練習はタイム図る方にまわって走れなかったので、昨日のメニューを今朝一人で。
400x5本 (間200mジョグ)
200x4本 (間200mジョグ)
400m @ 1:32.1, 1.27.5, 1:29.4, 1:26.2, 1:24.9
200@ 42.7 40.7, 39.5, 38.2
周り気にせず一人頑張って走れるのは気持ちいい。
アップダウン入れて11キロ。
秋の空気が最高。
Headed out to Duniway at 5:15 in the morning. When I got to the track, there was no one there! Felt so good to be all alone at the track!
I wasn't able to do a track workout yesterday with the high school team since I was timing the girls, so I did their workout today on my own. 5x400 with 200 jog, and 4x200 with 200 jog.

It felt so good not to worry about others on the track, and be able to go all out effort.
With warm up and cool down, 8 mile day.
