, it called "Kan-zakura". It means "Cold Sakura". On Spring season from the end of March to the beginning of April, we can see Sakura only a week. This is popular Sakura for Japanese. But Kan-zakura was also pretty.

is famous, but it is not popular for foreigner... They can't eat it. But recently the UME company make pickled UME with honey. So it became much mild for us. I show you UME's flower.
