・Bird in the Hand Principle

自分の持っていることから始めよ。そして、Ventureを進めていくなかで得たmeansを活かし、新たなgoalを見つけるべし。（Effectuation)

・Affordable loss

起業のときはリスクをとることになるが、これは失っても大丈夫ということを決めておけばリスクは怖くない。Control the Controlable.
