It is hard to regain prestige. It usually takes years to build one’s fame. A sufficient programmer started working at a prestigious company. He captured the imagination of interviewers. From the beginning, he was expected to perform same as an expert officer. He was doing well although he had questions about his salary. Compared it with his achievement, it is not equal. He claimed about it, but he was warned. It was the starting point of his unwillingly working at the company. After 3 years of his inner conflict, he ultimately quit. The company couldn’t keep him. It apparently lost a talented staff. It is still a prestigious company though.
