Precaution of protecting a lot of children from underprivileged areas is finally implemented in Africa. It had been discussed since AU was established in 2001. Although the government attempted to proceed it, it had been suspended since 2010. It did not have legitimate problems, but did have financial obstacles. Each countries respectively collected funds and eventually, the precaution was succeeded.
