Today I tried to go to eat ramen and take a sauna after my work. I finished my work around 8:30pm and when I arrived at ramen shop it was already past 9pm, so it was closed in that time. I didn't know all other shop also close at 9pm due to the pandemic.
Even I couldn't eat dinner, I went to take sauna in Kanagawa. I have been there once and it was great, so today I took 3 sets of sauna, water bath, and air bath. I felt extremely great.
After taking sauna and make my body cool, the parasympathetic nervous system (副交感神経) works well, so people can get a relief and reduce stress. I really recommend the sauna activity. I hope I go there once a week.
