久々のソロ。
病み上がり。
しんどかったらすぐやめようと
歩き始めた。そしたら
歩ける、歩けないじゃなく
｢歩く｣ことが、楽しくて
太陽浴びれるのが、嬉しくて
ソロの時の自分との会話が
気持ちよくて
結局、6km。
やるなぁ、わたし(笑)
ちゃんと最後、自分を褒めることも
忘れてない。
それが、次のステップへと繋がっていく♡
It's been a while to do solo hike.
I just recovered from a bad cold.
I was thinking that If it gets too hard, I'll stop right away.
But it didn't matter whether I can walk or not.
Because “Walking” was so much fun!
I was.happy to be able to walk in the sun.
The conversation I alyays had with myself when I was solo
It felt so good!
In the end, it was 6km that I walked.
I was the one who doubted myself.
Good job to myself!!
At the end, I haven't forgotten that I praised myself
That will lead to the next step ♡
