パステルアートに関する商標登録の件でお騒がせしてしまいましたが、

私は展示会の名称を変更することを伝えたかっただけですので、どうぞご理解くださいね

 

商標登録には区分があり、

パステルアートは第35類に登録されています

 

興味のある方はご自身で調べてみてくださいね

ただ、専門的な内容ですので個人では判断できないと思いますし、もちろん私も明言はできません

 

大きな規模の展示会を開催するのでシャインアートさんに確認のご連絡をしたところ、

「ご使用いただくことはできません」と言われたことを記述しました

 

それが「第35類」の範疇の返答なのか…？

 

それは弁護士などの専門会に聞かないとわかりませんので、

またなにか情報がありましたらお知らせしますね
