恐竜のほねやすめ

あわら温泉で恐竜がほねやすめするイメージです。

Ingredients   Serves 2

4 Clams
4 tometoes
Salt  flavoring 
3/4 cup sake
Black pepper
5g unsalted butter
green onions cur diagonally

Directions
1.  Soak the clams in 3%salt water and
     let them purge any sand.
     Steep the tomatoes in boiling water
     until the skin starts to peel off.
     Place them in cold water and peel
     off the skin.

2. Place the clams and the tomatoes
     in a pot and mix them with the 
     flavoring.
     Put a lid on the pot and bring it to
     high heat,steaming the pot.

3.  Insert a bamboo skewer into the
     tomatoes.
     If it pierced through easily,place the
     tomatoes and clams onto a serving
     bowl and sprinkle on some green
     onions.
