Finally I could pass the full/part-time interview 2 store. One is Wendy’s, another is Subway. And then I decided to work on Wendy’s after I worried. It has 2 reasons. One reason is many native people. When I tried interview, both were native interviewer. However, in my case, Wendy’s is big store. Exactly capacity is bigger. Also when I was talking on interview time, fortunately owner offered me. So I made a decision. Another one is I felt the manager and staffs looks kind, so that, I picked up. I felt that I might able to improve English and communication skill when I was taking interview. That’s why, I work as Wendys’ staff.
And today, I took orientation. It’s like new worker education. learned several things. In order not to forget, I wrote down this suck blog.
According to orientation, “Wendy’s” has 6,500 stores in the world. Also Japan ,too.
This company's slogan was ‘Quality is recipe’,’Do the right thing’,’Treat people with respect’, ‘profit means growth’,and ‘give something back’.
Nowadays important things are the accurate, honesty, integrity, hard work, team work, motivation , performance.. And this foods are never frozen. Also costumer orders something, then start to make, It calls that made to order. And then costumer gave the company feedback. And it improve day by day.
CS (Customer Satisfaction) = Speed + Accuracy + Friendly and Smily
“A cut above”
Even if disability person or service animal came store, exactly staff take care them. It’s also quality. Usually it use with braille or paper and pen. For deaf or blind.
Whenever staff focus on safety. Safety means avoiding foodsborne, allergy, poison.
Whoever staff mustn’t forget security. Even if robber come store, don't forget calm down and accurate judge.

Actually I took ESL school for 5 months. HOWEVER my skill sucks. I really felt, manager speaking speed is 4 times. It’s like hi-speed reproduction. And then my speaking is like low(1/2)-speed one. It’s business. I think I can improve not only English, but it's also communication skill, efficiently action, cool judge on case by case. Now I’m happy because of there and good manager. ‘Business’ is NOT English. It is the field which use tool which people use english. So English is just communication tool I know. I have to grow up as business man, even though I work as kitchen or grill worker. Because fortunately main language is English. That’s why I can work. So this is JUST “STEP”. I MUST connect my next JOB even if whatever happens. Now I’m not sure which way is correct. So day by day, I have to make more clearly and simply. And then, I make a decision best method. Of course, I don’t change my mind. Be the “go-getter” even if I’m to make enemies out of the whole world.
