Pull up your sleeve, please. ( Please expose your arm. ) 腕をまくってください。

Could you make a fist, please? 手をギュッと握ってください。

You will feel a sharp prick. 　ちょっとチクッとしますよ。

Relax your hand. Please press here for about 5 minutes.　　手を楽にしてください。５分くらいはしっかりと押さえていてくださいね。
