Position: Passenger Services agent

Primary Job description:

  • ▪  Provide customer service and assistance in a professional manner and based on the

    Company’s manuals and standard operating procedures.

  • ▪  Maintain the highest standards of safety and security at all times.

  • ▪  Supervise outsourcing companies’ handlings; Control and evaluate delivered performance and

    quality.

  • ▪  Enhancement and pursuit of quality improvement cycle based on reports and performance.

  • ▪  Enhancement and management of effective operations, workstyle and services accordingly to

    changing environment and evolving digital transformation.

  • ▪  Coordination, co-work with overall internal departments.

    Requirements:

    • ▪  Hold working permit in France. Candidates must have current regal authorization to work in

      France at the point of application.

    • ▪  Sympathize ANA Group's corporate philosophy.

    • ▪  English skills for business communication, French or Japanese skills favourable.

      appreciated.

      Relocation:
      Office is located near CDG airport in Paris. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

      Remuneration:
      Commensurate with experience and ability.
