Position: Passenger Services agent
Primary Job description:

▪ Provide customer service and assistance in a professional manner and based on the
Company’s manuals and standard operating procedures.

▪ Maintain the highest standards of safety and security at all times.

▪ Supervise outsourcing companies’ handlings; Control and evaluate delivered performance and
quality.

▪ Enhancement and pursuit of quality improvement cycle based on reports and performance.

▪ Enhancement and management of effective operations, workstyle and services accordingly to
changing environment and evolving digital transformation.

▪ Coordination, co-work with overall internal departments.
Requirements:

▪ Hold working permit in France. Candidates must have current regal authorization to work in
France at the point of application.

▪ Sympathize ANA Group's corporate philosophy.

Relocation:
Office is located near CDG airport in Paris. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.Remuneration:
