I used eggs, almond meal, fossil shell flour (diatomaceuous earth), coconut oil, coconut sugar, bicarb and blueberries. Cooked with lots of ghee. Fossil shell flour improves our gut health by removing toxins, impurities and prasites in our digestive tract.
