今週木曜日の満月は、旧暦では最後の１２番目の月が満ちる日。クリスタルボウル奏者の菜さんをお迎えして、満月瞑想会を行います。
呼吸法、簡単なマントラ瞑想、そしてクリスタルボウルの波動を抱きながら、晩冬の月の満月を味わいましょう。
クリスタルボウルの倍音は体中の水に乗り、波動を隅々まで届けていきます。水が満ちあふれる満月の宵に、身体の感覚を深く意識する、命と親密な時間を過ごしましょう。

Invitation to the Full Moon Meditation with Crystal Bawl.
This coming Thursday's full moon is the last one among 12 moons in the lunar calender.
We are having Ms Natsu who plays the crystal bawlfor the full moon meditation.
Starting with pranayama, we will get into symple mantra meditation and more. Let's enjoy the last full moon holding the wave of the crystal bawl.
The harmonic overtone gets into and travels through whole your body. Be present, bring your awarness to the body and mind, and be close to your life.
