みなさんは家に防災備品を準備していますか？
今回、日本に帰ってきて、デパートに行って特に目についたものが
防災グッズコーナーでした。
”防災グッズコーナーって、こんなに大きかったっけ？
こんなど真ん中に置いてあったっけ？”
そんなことを思いながら、色んな便利品を眺めていました。
一個一個の値段を見ていて、ちゃんと揃えようと思ったら、
結構な値段になるんですね。
しかも、使用期限とかもあって、
２年経ったら取り替えましょう、
とか、電池がいるとか。
じゃ、使わなかったものって、ただのゴミ？
災害って、いつあるかわからないから、いつ起きてもいいように
防災備品を用意しておきたいけど、
いつあるかわからないものに、結構なお金をぎ込んで、
使わなかったら、ゴミになる、というのも、
なんだかなぁ、、、と思っちゃいます。
そこで、ふと思ったこと。
そのモヤモヤの解決策、私、知ってる！
”これ以上パーフェクトな防災用品ないぞ！”
場所も要らず、道具も要らず、売り切れもなく、
誰にでも、いつでも、どこでも、準備万端になる
防災グッズがあります。
そうです、靈氣療法です！
一度習得したら、一生もの。
いつでも、どこでも、手があれば、施術が出来る。
（あ、でも、何か事故とかで手を失った方が、靈氣療法を習得された例も
ありますが、ちゃんと施術することが出来ていましたよ。）
萬病の靈薬って言われるくらいの、
なんでも屋さん。
怪我したら、手を当てる。
（擦り傷、切り傷、火傷、打ち身、捻挫、手術など）
手が当てられないなら、他の方法もある。
大怪我したら、まず、救急車ですね。
（骨折、脳震盪、全身打撲とか、大量出血とか）
でも、救急車の中でも、手当てが出来る。
ちょっとした病氣でも、手を当てる。
喉が痛いなら、喉に。
頭が痛いなら、頭に。
生理痛なら、お腹や腰に。
慢性の大病でも、手を当てる。
甲状腺、免疫疾患、悪性腫瘍、などなど、色んな大病がありますが、
とにかく、手を当てる。
それに伴う精神的なこととか、心の問題とかにも
靈氣療法が効果を出します。
１９２３年、関東大震災があったとき、靈氣療法の創始者の
臼井甕男先生は、被災地を回って、手を使い足を使い、
たくさんの方を同時に施術して回ったそうです。
防災備品の一つとして、今のうちに靈氣療法を習っておいても、
賞味期限はないし、取り替えないといけない部品もないし、
売り切れもないし、いつでもどこでも何にでも役に立つし、
ゴミが出ないし、防災だけじゃなくて、
普通の怪我病気に使えるから、無駄にならないし。
こんな時に役立つんだー、習っときゃ良かったー。。。
って思うより、
あー、あの時習っててよかったー！
って思って欲しいなぁ！

Do you have disaster preparedness supplies at home?
Upon my return to Japan this time, what caught my eye
in the department stores was the disaster preparedness goods section.
"I don't remember the disaster preparedness goods section being this big. Were these items always displayed right here in the middle?"
With such thoughts in mind, I was glancing at various convenient items.
In examining the prices one by one and intending to gather them properly,
I realized they can be quite expensive. Moreover, there are expiration dates,
suggesting replacement after two years, and the need for batteries etc.
So, does unused disaster preparedness equipment simply become trash?
Disasters can strike at any time, so it's good to have disaster preparedness supplies ready. However, investing a considerable amount of money in something uncertain
and having it turn into waste if unused—it feels somewhat disheartening.
That's when a sudden thought struck me.
I know the solution to this unease!
"There's no better disaster preparedness equipment than this!"
It requires no space, no tools, never goes out of stock,
and everyone, anytime, anywhere, can be fully prepared
with this disaster preparedness tool.
Yes, it's Reiki therapy!
Reiki therapy is genuinely effective!
Once learned, it's a lifelong skill.
You can administer treatment anytime, anywhere, as long as you have your hands.
(Oh, but there have been cases where individuals who lost their hands
due to accidents were still able to practice Reiki.)
The founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui said
"Manbyo no Reiyaku" means
"Miraculous medicine for all illness"
For minor injuries, lay your hands.
(Scratches, cuts, burns, bruises, sprains, surgeries, etc.)
If you can't place your hands, there are other methods.
For major injuries, of course, seek immediate medical attention, like calling an ambulance. (Fractures, concussions, extensive bruising, severe bleeding, etc.)
Yet, you can also administer Reiki therapy in an ambulance.
Even for minor illnesses, lay your hands.
If your throat hurts, lay hands on your throat.
If your head aches, on your head.
For menstrual pain, on your stomach or lower back.
For chronic serious illnesses, lay your hands.
There are various serious illnesses like thyroid disorders, immune diseases,
malignant tumors, etc., but the practice involves laying hands regardless.
Moreover, Reiki therapy is effective for mental and emotional issues which
often come along with physical illnesses.
In 1923, during the Great Kanto Earthquake, Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki,
went around the disaster area, using his hands and feet,
providing treatment to numerous people simultaneously.
As one of the disaster preparedness tools, why not learn Reiki therapy now?
There's no expiration date, no need to replace parts, no shortage of supply,
it's universally applicable, doesn't generate waste, and can be used not only for disaster preparedness but also for everyday injuries and illnesses.
Wouldn't it be a good idea to learn it now?
Rather than thinking,

In Japan, there has been a term called "teate" (care/healing) for a long time.
