I wrote before that I bought a pressure cooker in my bolg.
So I tried making two kind of foods
using pressure cooker I got last Tuesday.
These are phots of food I made yesterday.
This is "nikujaga"which is boild potates, onion
carrot, devil's tongue like thread, beef and
seasoned soy sauce and sugar.
It took about 5 minutes to boil.
This is "beef stew"
It took about 25 minutes!!!!!(It was great)
We can make delicious beef stew tender meat
even if meats are reasonable and tough as long
as we use pressure cooker!!!!!
The pressure cooker I got is guaranteed to
use for 15 years!!!!
Just a moment
I wonder if I will be fine for 15 years
