One of our customers encountered an error while attempting to register the Autel XP400 PRO. Although they provided the correct serial number, they kept receiving an error message with the following prompt:
“The device’s serial number and password are located in the About section of the System Setup application on the tool.”
Response: The Autel XP400 PRO Adapter is designed as an accessory meant to be used with IM508 or IM608 PRO II. Therefore, no registration is necessary, and the displayed serial number is incorrect.
If used individually, it serves the purpose of downloading software directly.
