I have a lack of the sense of ownership at my current work, I think. I’m almost content to my current work. But, almost not fully. It’s because of the position, trainee. When I’m as a trainee, I’m not responsible for sales and monitoring, so I tend to have a luck of it. What I wanna do as a trainee is to work having the sense of ownership. So I have no choice to pursue a simulated experience .
