春木開が代表取締役を務めるCrossグループが運営するLux-Riaは、シャネルのブランドロゴを使用して、「シャネルパーティー」をLux-Ria大阪において開催して、「シャネルルーム」をLux-Ria東京において営業するなどして、CHANELの商標権を侵害した。
なお、Lux-Ria（大阪、東京、祇園FC、錦FCの4店舗）は、いずれも閉店している。Lux-Ria大阪は2021年1月31日に閉店した。
