紙の朝日にあい務めさせましたが、皆さま、果たしてお口にあいましたでしょうか？

（人間主義の）日本文明の至上性を事実上認める欧米人たる知識人が久々に現れたってカンジだねえ。

このことをぜひともアメちゃんによく教えてあげて欲しいな。

太田さんと同様の観点からの集団的自衛権について記した記事を見つけました。

記事中で記されているように、国際的には自衛権とは刑法の正当防衛と同様の論理構成に立った解釈がなされている一方で、日本が個別的自衛権しか認めないというガラパゴス的解釈をしているにもかかわらず、「国際社会での名誉ある地位を占めたいと思ふ」と憲法の前文で述べているのはなんとも皮肉たっぷりな内容です。

このようなこっけいな文章を読むにつけ、ともすれば、日本国憲法の和文起草

者の中には、ひょっとしたら戦前の歴史認識を保持しつつも、ＧＨＱの指令下そ

れを前面に押し出すことは当然無理だからこそ、苦肉の策として、「春秋の筆

法」を用いたのだとさえ勘ぐりたくなりました。

集団的自衛権猫を論じたのは大変結構だし、後の話もおおむねはいいんだけ

ど、「「集団的自衛権」では、他国の「要請」があることが条件となる。「正当

防衛」では、民家で襲われている人が隣人の助けを拒否するとは考えにくいが、

それでも「集団的自衛権」では最低必要限度にしなければならない。」なーんて

言い出した途端に、自分の論理が破綻しちゃってることに筆者は気付かないんですかね。

そんなこと言ったら、自殺しようとしてる人を無理やり止めちゃあイカンてな

ことにもなっちゃうワケですが・・。

それに、「国際政治の理論として民主主義国同士では戦争をしないという「民

主的平和論」がある」なんてことも麗々しく書いてるところを見ると、彼が、戦

前・戦中の日本は民主主義国じゃなかったと思い込んでることは明白であり、こ

の点もアウチですねえ。

・・・私にはウクライナにメル友がいまして、年に数回、忘れたころにやりと

りを行うのですが、↓のメッセージを３月上旬にもらってから音信不通状態と

なってしまいました。

３月当時は、クリミアの問題は遠いので彼の住んでいるドネツクにはどうって

ことないだろうと言う楽観的見通しや、ロシアに対して懐疑的で否定的な事を書

いていたのですが.........

Thank you for your support! We also hope that situation will turn to better.

Crimea situation is difficult. Yes, Russian NAVY don't take part in

conflict. The Crimea power try to create own army and do not want to

obey the central government in Kiev.

Lucklie no protest action here in Donetsk.

Now we are not going to move somewhere. All our worries are about

conflict in Crimea which is rather far away from here. Our region is

mostly Russian and there in will be not fight or war I'm sure.

Unfortunately Russian TV tell lie about thousands refugees from Ukraine.

It's lie! Nobody wants to leave everything here for uncertain living in

Russia. Nobody wants them in Russia and give them dwelling and job. And

as for language - we can use Russian language as for absolutely free.

Besides our power understand that must be a new language law. Now main

problem of Ukraine in my opinion - our new power is not the legitimacy.

Of course our President is coward and traitor but there was not legal

way to deprive him his power. Russia has not recognized the new government.

Let's hope we turn back to normal life as soon as possible.

a ceasefire declared by the Ukrainian president・・・

（OSCE）代表が会談。↓＞

Monday's talks involved Ukraine's ex-president Leonid Kuchma, the

Russian ambassador to Ukraine and an envoy from the OSCE. Poroshenko has

ruled out talks with those he calls "terrorists," so inviting Kuchma to

mediate offered a way to conduct talks without the government's formal

engagement.

Kuchma, who served as president from 1994 to 2005, comes from the east

and is an astute political player respected by both sides. His ex-chief

of staff, Viktor Medvedchuk, has lived in Russia and reportedly has

close ties to Putin, was also at the talks.

If both sides observe the ceasefire, "then a normal peace process

could start," Kuchma told reporters after Monday's talks.・・・

に加盟することを困難にする橋頭保を確保すればよい、それに、何と言っても、

Putin clearly intends to maintain pressure on the Ukrainian government

in Kiev to give the country's eastern industrial regions more powers,

which would allow them to keep close ties with Russia and serve the

Kremlin's main goal of preventing Ukraine from joining Nato.

But the Russian leader also wants to avoid more crippling sanctions from

the US and particularly from the European Union・・・
